Quoted from the build, not from a menu of seats
Instrumentation review is priced by the product in front of us: how many stores, how many journeys, whether a measurement plan already exists, and whether the readout must be held in Malay as well as English. The figures below are starting points for a written quote. They are not checkout prices.

Figures are in Malaysian ringgit and exclude SST where SST applies. A written quote states tax, the deposit, and the remaining balance.
What we need before we quote
The product name, iOS, Android, or both, a rough screen count for the journeys you care about, and whether anyone has already written a measurement plan. A link to the store listing is enough if you cannot send a build yet. We do not need your event volume or a ranking of your company.
Deposits and when work starts
A thirty percent deposit confirms the slot. Walking does not start until the deposit is received and the build can be installed. The balance is due on delivery of the written report or plan, before the readout if you want the call included in the same week.
What we do not price
We do not sell monthly access, user seats, or a cheaper “lite” audit that skips payload samples. If the brief is smaller than a full audit, that is a pre-release check or a session, named as such, not a discounted flagship.
Travel to an office outside Penang is quoted as expenses on top of the fee. Video readouts are included.
